The redevelopment of an industrial site to create a courtyard community consisting of five buildings, 22 units total. All units have exterior balconies and roof decks with metal cable railings and cedar material accents throughout. The buildings at the street front are designed in a transitional style to integrate well with the neighborhood. The buildings are centered around a landscaped, common open courtyard with shared amenity outbuildings, such as a covered pavilion, covered bike parking and a fire pit with bench seating. An underground garage provides additional parking beneath the contemporary ten-unit part of the project.
