The mixed-use development was intensively designed to maximize the use of the lot. The glazed ground floor provides an active streetscape for pedestrians. Above the retail are three floors of residences, generously arranged with balconies and decks. We previously designed a similar building across the intersection, which together create an attractive arrangement.
